Which flip up rear sight will work with 1" high scope rings?

I would like a flip up or static rear sight to be used with a scope.

I have 1" high scope rings, what are my available rear sight options? I cannot find any specs about the height of the rear flip up sights in the up mode...

My budget is sub $120 (preferably in the $100 range) - nothing fancy.
Standard A2-style aperture is preferred.

The TROY or ARMS #40/#40L will work for you..

Are they low enough in the "up" position to work with the scope?

No. There are designed to fit under the scope. If the scope were to break, you would remove it and flip up your BUIS. This is why you want a QD throw lever mount so you can have the scope off in a hurry!

I don't know of any flip up sight that works under a scope. Anyone?

I have a ARMS 40L under my ACOG.
