Anyone have experience with Zep 2000 lube/grease with teflon. I talked to a friend that has been using it on his guns for years now. It contains NO solvents, has teflon, and dries quick leaving a teflon like film. It is in a spray can. Public cannot purchase this product I heard. I am wondering if this stuff might gum though. Any feedback is appreciated.

honestly, I can't say that I've ever heard of Zep.  I tried the Rem Oil w/ teflon and really like it on my ARs....HATE it in my other guns.  The teflon coating it leaves behind  shows fingerprints, rainbows and is an absolute pain in the butt to clean off.  (not an issue on a weapon that has a parkerized finish but looks about as pretty as a ziplock full of assholes on a deep polished blue)

We have it at work and it STINKS!! Literally!! Has a real aromatic resin smell. You can smell it on anything you spry it on. I refuse to use because it gives me a headache.
