I think that loading an AR mag. is a piece of cake. Easist mag.,IMO, to load. Are these Lula loaders that much better? Are they worth the money? Thanks.

YES! i have 3 lula. i thing every range bag needs one. greatest thing. Ronald

Stripper clips are quicker for loading, assuming you have your ammo on stripper clips. Otherwise the LULA is the best. And the LULA can unload as well - a whole mag in about 5 seconds.
It's easily worth every penny and then some. |
Yes they are worth it , i can't believe you don't have one, must have nrver tried one. Your thumbs will thank you!!

I consider it to be one of the greatest inventions since the wheel.

I love the LULA. For regular maintenance during deployments you need to unload your mags, clean the ammo and clean the mags. It is hard on the fingers, ammo and feed lips of the mags if you do it by hand with a round or you fingers. The LULA made it so easy and you could empty the mag in seconds, clean the ammo and mag and reload. It took minutes and my fingers thanked me.

Yep . Even better when they say ar15.com on them like mine . |

I have a beta loader and it's great, but I did get to play with a Lula last weekend and I think I'll get one of those too. The beta is quicker/easier to load, but it doesn't have the unload feature. |

I wish LULA made a pistol mag loader, those 9 mm mags are a huge pain.
LULA's are a must have item ............If you own a AK get one for that too
I keep one of each at home and I always have a pair of them in my range box |
I think thats coming soon. I can load nearly as easy by hand, but they are good for unloading |

Wow, Ive never tried one but after reading this thread I want one.
Great for unloading mags, pretty quick for loading loose ammo that you haven't put on strippers ahead of time.
YES, I have 2, normal and the one with AR15,com on it plus one for the AK.

Only Girliemen use Lula loaders.
Real men use cartridges to strip out mags, have cut thumbs from feed lips, and try to load quickly one round at a time from a pile. Yes, get a Lula loader. |
I took at my LULA last night and played with it.
It was my first experience with it. I loaded six thirty rounders in no time. Very exellent piece of kit. I ordered one for my 7.62 VEPR too. |

Thanks for all the great responses on the LULA
I really appreciate each and every one. Denny www.globaltactical.com US Importer and Distributor of Maglula, LTD products. Also we are looking for more dealers. |
Damn, I may have to buy an AK so I can get an AK LULA.
What I really want is a M1A/M14 LULA, that would be freakin' awesome. |
Denny has there been any up date as to whether the IDF marked Lulas will be allowed?
Wouldn't be without one...or two ! |
LULA's are for pussies with weak thin skin and girly thumbs. J/K
I gotta get me one cause I have thin skin and sore girly thumbs |
Guy and I discussed this at Benning. We are going to finish the 9mm seriers first as they are so far along already and then move to the M14 ASAP.

Yes. It's an excellent tool for loading and unloading mags. You will be very happy you got it.

Eh, my weapon unloads my mags just fine, thank you.
As for loading, I haven't obviously perfected the technique, as I always think if the thing speeds the process at all. Anybody have any pointers? |

If there is any doubt about how great a device the LULA is, take a carbine class, shoot 1400 rounds in a week, and load magazines by hand. THEN you will KNOW!
I was smart enough to have one for this class: www.jobrelatedstuff.com/forums/topic.html?b=3&f=118&t=201406 |

Now that I know how great they are, I would have happily paid $50 for one. It's the best AR accessory around, especially for only $20.
