Built up my M-16A4-gery on a Bushmaster lower that was a former post-ban rifle. I used a "addressed" A4 upper and 20" FN 1:7 govt. bbl from "right2keep" in EE. Gas tube and RRA carry handle from "LegalTransfers" in EE. Bolt is from my bushmaster.

Set is up with Improved Battlesight Zero and was shooting under 1" at 50 yards. The brass ejected brass (about 100 rounds of it) landed in a nice 1' pile to the right and rear of my bench. All in all very happy, and works perfectly.

I shouldn't of decided to go fishing right from the range though as the rifle fell overboard

Were you able to get the rifle or is it gone forever to the depths of the lake?

How the hell did the rifle go overboard?  Were you using it as a fishing pole?

I don't know about you guys ... but if my rifle was to fall overboard a boat, I'd jump in after it faster than I can think.  Natural-reflex alike.
