I've read the threads about the AR pistols. As I understand it lower has to be registered a pistol and you can make it a rifle legally, but not the other way around.
I was looking at at the Bushmaster c15 Type 97 (with the removable stock) and wonder how it is legal since the shop owner lead me to believe it is registered a rifle...
I may have misunderstood him, that swhy I'm posting.
Nice weapon, brand new $699.
