Thanks for the pic k9dpd.

Coyote brown seems to be more of a light green than a true brown. Oh, well.

I do like that collapsible stock. Who's makes that?

Thanks.

Thanks.

I guess I didn't dig long enough on Cavalry's website to find the pics. To me though, coyote brown looks like a medium to light green. I was hoping it would be more of a true brown. Anyone ever see true brown furniture?

You really can't judge color by a photograph.

Coyote brown is kinda a greenish/grey brown.  Closer to a dark dark tan, but it looks greener when near foliage, and more brown/tanish against a lighter background.

Armalite had some - check with them.

Pack is Kifaru's Coyote Brown.

The painted parts (top of stock, magazine) are Brownells Aluam-Hyde II in what they call "Desert Tan."  Yes, Desert Tan AHII matches everyone else's Coyote Brown.

For what it's worth, those Tango Down grips are not the "Coyote Brown" that Cav Arms and Magpul produce.  They are a totally different color.  It doesn't matter if you just need something that won't stand out as much as black, but if you're just going for sex appeal, you should be aware that they do not match.

The TD tan color matches Vltor stuff.

This pic shows the coyote brown Magpul stock and rail panels, coyote brown ergo grip compared to the tan Tango Down grip.    The difference is even more obvious in person.

I recently painted my black full-length handguards with Krylon Khaki to try and match the Cavalry Arms Coyote Brown lower.
The dried Khaki is lighter than the Coyote Brown. May darken with use(dirt/grime wore in).
The lower appears darker in some spots from handling and not getting regular baths.

Krylon has Medium Brown. Appears from can example that it's darker than Khaki, and may be darker than Coyote Brown. Going to see if any local stores have it.

Tried the Krylon because it's been sitting around awhile, was cheap, and available.
