Would you have to order directly from BM or could you order from thegunsource.com (topglock.com) or aimsurplus.com? I am looking for the best possible price.

I doubt anyone stocks it, but a dealer or distributor can order it with their next shipment, if they are willing to do that for you.

I doubt that I am the only one interested in the configuration. I wonder if and when BM will make it a regular item and advertise it along with their other sunset weapons.

Hmmm, the skeptic in me is still a little concerned. It would be nice if the Izzy on the sunset AR is not a break at all and therefore not loud. That is just what I am looking for.

I know you can purchase 14.5" uppers with permanently attached Phantom hiders, I don't see why they wouldn't hook you up with a complete rifle in that configuration.

My BM 14.5 with closed bottom Phantom is scheduled to be delivered Tuesday (according to UPS tracking). I ordered mine by phone directly from them.

I ordered the complete barrel minus the handguard (using YHM two piece). After shipping it iwas $248 and some change.

Call and ask for Jarrod, as he is the Bushmaster rep that hangs around AR15.com. It is definitely possible to get a permanently attached Phantom - although they will be closed/smooth-end and not the eye-poker type. They should be available with the 1:7 and 1:9 barrels.
