Looking to have my ugly BM and OLY postban barrels cut back in length, then have flash hiders soldered on so they are 16"....  

Where is a good place to have this done?  I'm in WA so any good smith close to the NW would be best.

Why not just have them threaded at 16" so you don't have to get them permanently installed?

If WA-Tom is local to you, you can have him do the threading for you and you won't have to pay shipping.  Good guy to deal with.
