Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Need advice on a sight

A buddy of mine wants to sell me a trijicon sight rx06 with the flat top low profile mount for $400. It also includes a reflection filter.  I am planning on getting a Bushmaster AR15 M4 with A3 upper soon, and would like a reflex site to top it off. Good deal? Waste of money?

I plan on target shooting and possibly using to hunt varmint/small deer.
