New to the AR-15 world, I've been a rifle/hunter my entire life but am highly opting for an Ar15 to change receievers, etc.  From my understanding, there is really no such thing anymore as to preban and post ban.  Does this mean I will be able to purchase say a lower receiver with collapsable stock and place it on an upper receiver that was originally labled as a post-ban receiver???
