...Aren't you still gonna have to have your Flash suppressor, compensator, flash hider, whatever you want to call it permanently affixed to any barrell you own that is less than 16" in length.  If you have a 14.5" barrell aren't you still gonna have to have a permanently affixed flash hider to meet the 16" minimum OAL that had nothing to do with the 1994 AWB?
