Does the Colt AR15 model 6731 have a large or small hole pivot pin or could it be either one?

The MT6731 was only manufactured after the AWB, basically a 6721 with a fixed stock and no FH or BL. All post-ban Match Target Colts have small hole (mil-spec) front pivot. However, not all Match Targets have the push pins installed. I believe the MT6400C is the only one with the push pin installed at the factory (not incl. LEO only rifles). All others come with the 2-pc screw assy..
