My first mount was a Fobus. I paid $24. I use it for several months and didn't like it. It was very loose. I bought an ARMS #32 for $86 w/S&H. I like the #32 alot. It is very solid and have no movement at all. Also, the throw lever makes it easy and quick to remove. I recommend an ARMS #32, if it's not too much $$$$.
BTW, it's mounted a Harris BRM-S |

tried the fobus, sold it and now the arms 32, the only way to go

The ARMS 32 is currently the best on the market IMHO, quick on and off and solid when mounted. For less money the YHM bipod mount isn't bad if you don't mind not haveing the QD capability. Also if you have a swivel Harris Bipod, I might suggest the Podloc as a good investment.
