Is these flash hider welded on or pinned on to these barrels? Thanks in advance

My Bi-Lock was done by GemTech.  Its pinned and then Laser Welded.

Blind pinned, the pin welded over.

Is pinning and welding the only legal method?

While any gunsmith can probably do the pinning and welding, doing the pinning and welding on a supressor attachement needs to be done by the factory.

No, you can silver solder it, as long as the silver solder has a melting point is over 1100F.

You can also tack weld and partial weld, but I've never seen this done.
