I have been reading good things about LMT uppers here, and with the ban sunseting I was wondering if they make or will make complete rifles.

Well they did to LEOs.  But that is a moot point now.  Depends on if they want to simply sell those rifles to civilians.....

They do, and they told me that they will make complete rifle or the civilian market once the LE/Mil orders are filled.
