I purchased two Colt, M16A1 and M16A2, charts some years ago from the leading survival bookseller in Arkansas. I believe the name is Delta Press, but not sure if they are still around or not, probably are, maybe a different name though. Maybe a google search could turn them up as well as other survival type book suppliers - always a good place to look for obscure AR15/M16 literature, etc.
