Yes, Stag Arms has very good quality, they are the sister company of Continental Machine and Tool (CMT) who makes parts for alot of the major companies. My buddy picked up a Left hand rifle from them (Stag15-L) he is very happy with it. I went to the range with him and the thing shoots awesome, it is a very cool design. Anyways I hope this will help you out a little, good luck in finding what you are looking for.

Never heard of Star Arms but Stag Arms has one (they might be star arms also for all I know) I can not say about it specificly but my Stag Arms lower I have is superb...
