Should I go with the LMT 14.5" 1/7 w/ M4 feedcut ramps and enhanced bolt  or the Bushmaster 14.5" 1/7 without ?
Thanks for the input.

LMT 14.5" 1/7 w/m4 feed ramps and NO enhanced bolt.  It is not necessary and should work fine with a standard bolt. But only if this setup is chrome-lined. If it is not, go with the bushmaster.

The bushmaster is nice but does not have feed ramps and I thought he bushmaster 14.5 was 1/9?

Bushy 1/7 barrels were made in small runs for gov't contracts.  They are around.  AR15.com had a run of HBar 1/7.  I've seen them in SBR (11.5/10.5) and M4 barrels.

I still haven't had any feeding problems with my Bushmaster uppers, so I believe the ramps are hype.

What is the price difference between the two?

Either way, you  certainly can't go wrong with either setup.

JTAC quoted a 14.5 1/7 chrome lined LMT upper with perm phantom for $535.00 + $227.00 for the LMT enhanced bolt and standard carrier. ($762.00) With a standard RRA bolt ($100.00) it was $635.00. Also, it was not reparked after the phantom was perm attached only spot blued.
The Bushmaster 14.5 1/7 w/ perm phantom was $670.00 w/A2 detatchable handle.
