I have a Post Ban Colt Match Target and for the upcoming AWB sunset i am preparing to have a flash hider installed, but wanted as close to the military version of this device as i could get.  Do all these aftermarket companies ( like Bushmaster) that carry A2 birdcage style flash suppressors make them of all the same look and quality or should i go to somewhere like Specialized Armament Warehouse to get one from Colt? And what kind of washer is better to mount with, a Peel or Crush one?

Any A2 FS from Bushmaster, Colt, LMT, RRA are all good and the same thing.
