Does the legislature adjourn, giving a "for-sure" sign it will expire, or do we literally need to wait until the stroke of midnight to see if it's extended?

What's this we shit? If I'm not mistaken you live somewhere in California and that means you have your own state assault weapons ban which does not sunset.

You will still be under communist control on September 13th, 2004 with very little hope for the future. I hope, however, you are asking this question because you are planning on moving out of that rathole of a state where you can own post 9/13/04 weapons.

Sorry, you're both incorrect. I've got two CA registered AW's that will be perfectly legal to make into full-fledged evil black guns... Haven't you guys heard the saying... never "ass-u-me"?

So, anybody know the answer to my question about when the legislature will lose the ability to act prior to the expiration???

they got a whole 20 days to renew it. It's never over until it is over. Remember what you said: never "ass-u-me"
