Anybody know who sells these ? I have a post ban and want to change if the ban ends.

If yoe're talking about the front sight blade itself, any AR15/M16 blade will fit.  If it's a Colt carbine type with the higher blade, Bushmaster sells a specific replacement for the carbine type. Sorry, but I refuse to get into the Colt model number BS, so I have no idea what your model number indicates
