Is the barrel 16" with an added on comp or 14 1/2 inch with a comp?
If it is 16" can the barrel be cut to 14 1/2 to put  on a Vortex?
Is the 6400 comp tough to get off?
Is ADCO the place to get all this done?

It's a 16" barrel. The comp is easy to get off, a drift pin. I had Kurt with KKF replace the comp on mine with a one of his FFH. Someone else will have to answer the rest of your questions.
