I want to install a better trigger on my Colt Match Target.  What triggers are compatable with the sear block.  I believe the Jewell is, but I don't really want to mess with all the small parts and don't particulary care for an adjustable trigger.  I am not looking for a match trigger, just something better than the 8lb stock trigger I have.

So am I stuck with removing the sear block, or is there any other triggers I can install w/o having to resort to a gunsmith

Accuracy speaks makes an excellent single stage trigger that will fit in the Colt w/ sear block.

You can find them at Brownells.

Be sure to order the correct pin size.

Thanks, i'll look into it.  I just installed a McCormick single stage trigger in my Olympic Arms carbine and it is great!  And except for loosing the detent for the safety leaver  it was simple to put in.
