Looking to buy a black Colt charging handle.
Anyone sell Colt factory parts besides SAW and Brownell's? Thanks. Mick |
If you don't mind used, check out the EE.
If you're receiver isn't Colt grey and you are looking for a black CH, why not try another manufacturer? CH's aren't marked so you might not ever know if the CH you buy is a real Colt. |

Armament Services International carries Colt parts, although I don't know if they sell each and every small part.
CDNN also sells Colt charging handles removed from new surplus M16A1's, but who knows if they are black or grey. |
CDNNs are dark gray; darker than the earliest issue, but not the current black. |

Hoplite Inc.
502-955-5014 I have no personal experience with this company, but they do carry Colt parts. |

Hey, it's a Colt thang! If I was building a Bushmaster, I'd want all BM parts...
And Dennis Todd has a good price on the CH, btw.... Mick

Skip the Colt. Might as well go all the way and get a Gas Buster from PRI.

Bump. This should be tacked for people with refined tastes. That way it can be updated and such and what not and so forth.
Bump with added value! Lower parts info:

Do Armament Services International offer good quality Colt bolts? |
If it is a Colt, use Colt parts. unless of course you were leading him towards the PRI Gasbuster |

IYAOYAS. Hmm. I seem to remember an A instead of an O. No one liked them either.
I mean this in good fun, of course. If you're flying that 'flag' you're the black sheep and you like it that way :) |
OK, I am about to put a Bushmaster upper on a Colt. Am I doing wrong? Am I taking this convo out of context? |

Functionally it will be fine. Colt owners just generally don't like to compromise the integrety of their rifles with off brand parts.
Like I said in my other post, I too shoot some bushy uppers on my COLT to save wear on the COLT Barrel. |
I got two of the Colt Charging handles from www.cdnninvestments.com/. And although they are advertised as good condition used, the ones I got were essentially BRAND NEW.

Tag, thx MarkM for keeping this around, we Colt owners have to stick together

Are they Gray or Black? Thanks |

So it's a craps shot
Guess I'll have to drop them an E-Mail and see if I have a choice. Thanks. |

It's Friday, Boys. And that means it's the weekly BUMP for my favorite thread!

Thanks! I've been forgetful lately. We need some more hot tips on Genuine Colt parts, DAMN IT! |
TAG!
I'm looking for Colt parts too, SAW is impossible to get in touch with! |
They are very busy. My Department ordered two rifles on 9/10/04. They were not delivered until 10/3/04. Mike |
Ordered 2 and both are grey. |

Rguns has some stuff I want (Colt complete lowers). How are they on having stuff in stock/prompt shipping/delivering what they say? Are they good people? |
It's hit or miss. I've never had any problems with them, but plenty of bad stories floating around here over the years. Just be sure to ask clearly if they have what you want in stock. |

Not very descriptve are they? Anyone know if the parts here are genuine Colt? |
