Colt AR15 model/serial# data base?

A while ago I had a link to a database of all Colt AR15 models, years manufactured for those models, features the models came with, dates manufactured, serial number ranges, etc..
Does anyone know where I can find this?
It was not the one on biggerhammers site.
I am looking at a Colt AR15 Gov't Carbine and trying to find out if it is pre or post baned and what features it came with.
