Is there such a device that works both as a flash hider and a muzzle brake to reduce muzzle climb? Thanks

The two pretty much work in opposite ways, so I don't see how. Never heard of such a dual device. Now the A2 birdcage flash hider does have less slots on the bottom aspect, to reduce dust signature when firing prone, and I believe it may act somewhat as a muzzle rise "compensator" but it is certainly not a muzzle brake. A muzzle brake reduces felt recoil, whereas a compensator reduces muzzle rise or lateral deviation.
1. a muzzle brake can also be a compensator.
2. a flash hider can also be a compensator
3. a muzzle brake cannot be a flash hider
Examples of combinations possible:
Muzzle brake + Compensator: Cav Comp
Flash hider + Compensator: A2 Flash hider
Flash hider only: A1 flash hider
Muzzle Brake only: Miculek or mini-Y
compensator only: AKM Slant comp
Thats the way I understand it.
