I have a army jager ar 15 replica 22.My question is are all flash hider treads the same size .5x28 or.5x20?

Most will have the standard .5-28 thread size, but I have seen some variations for 9mm barrels and ones made for AK's. I would think the company selling them would list what thread size they are.
