Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - 6pos stock makes too much noise!

My rra 6pos stock make way to much noise. Is there: A) something I can do to quiet this down or B) is there another collapsable stock that doesn't rattle very loud, anytime the gun is slightly moved?

To A, Yes.

And to B, Yes.  But if you fix the rattle on the RRA stock, you don't need to replace it.

How old is it?  The most recent RRA stocks I have seen have been some of the most rattle free standard stocks Ive handled.

Pull the stock off and put a couple of strips of electrical tap on the tube under the stock.  Thats the quickest easiest way to take a little of the rattle out.

Buy a Magpul stock.  You will never hear a rattle again.

Ill try the electrical tape remedy. I just bought it so I think it's a later model rra stock.
