OK, you get one 5.56mm preban Bushmaster lower (complete with A2 stock) and $2,500 in cash or you can "sell" the preban lower and start from scratch with $3,400.

You can buy whatever you like with the money.
The goal is to build an AR (or ARs) and all related gear that will handle all tasks as efficiently as possible (hunting, plinking, benchrest, home defense). You will also need to purchase any AR related accessories (cases, cleaning gear, magazines... everything but ammo and training).

So with this in mind create a general purpose AR(s) and show the budget for your creation (and if you feel like it link to the pricing source)
