Have a Saiga .223 with 1/6 right hand twist and was wondering which weight bullets would be more accurate. 77gr or 45gr or somewhere in between. Can get usual 2" groups at 100yds with Federal AE 55gr. Thanks

Believe with that fast a twist I'd stick w/ 69 grn. and up, as suspect 45 grn bullets will be slung apart, if indeed it is 1/6.

Are ya sure that's not some "metric crap twist rate" as I've never heard of a 223 rifle with a twist rate that fast?

That is the twist rate on the website but it does not say inches or centimeters so I can not answer that question
