Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Kentucky Manufacturer?

Someone was telling me about a company that manufactured AR parts based in Winchester,KY or Mt. Sterling,KY has started manufacturing complete weapons.  I was also informed there was a recent article about the companies receivers in Small Arms Review.  Anyone else heard of this?  I cant seem to find any info or Name of the company.
