Here are your best bets on mags:
USGI 30s USGI 20s British steel SA80s I've had experience with all those mags in my rifle, and they haven't let me down. Nice rifle...makes me jealous. The National Firearms Act of 1934 put a $200 tax on SBRs (short barreled rifles, rifles with a barrel of less than 16" or an overall length of...I forget. I think 26".) Nice choice on optics too. Are you having any BUIS? |

Congrats on the new AR, all USGI mags work great in Bushmasters, also SA80 mags.
Is that a Preban CAR stock.? Im fixed to add a postban version to mine. TG |

this is the m4 with adj. pre ban stock. In Canada there is no law against adj. stocks. All ARs are restricted, meaning use for range only...you cannot shoot it in your backyard :(
The mags are limited to 5 rounds too. I just buy them plugged to 5 rounds. USGI mags are $35 american each ($50 CND)....very expensive. |

If I were you, I'd replace that 4 pos stock with an M4 style RRA 6 pos. They are much nicer.
