I made the chart because in many cases the barrel markings are wrong, and markings on the lower receiver are utterly meaningless.
ASA does not use the military M16-spec "5.56" chamber, but instead uses the tigher ".223" or SAAMI-spec chamber. While this provides the potential for more accuracy with most common loads, it also means that higher-pressure military loads often have problems, usually extraction-related problems, due to the excessive pressures caused by the short "223" throat. While it is rarely *unsafe* to shoot "5.56" ammo in a "223" chamber, unreliable extraction is a common problem, and so 5.56 ammo isn't recommended for these guns.
ASA's target market is primarily low-cost target ARs, not combat/duty guns. I'm not aware of ANY LEO or government agency sales by ASA.
