Ok, so I've narrowed it down to a couple of uppers.  I've chosen to go with Steve at ADCO, his prices are great.  Unfortunately he has no fluted 16" barrels, which is what I'm looking for.  If I went ahead and got a 16" heavy barrel cut down with a brake permanately attached could I just get it fluted later?  Bushmaster flutes their for only $50, will I be able to find anywhere close to that?  

     Also, I would like to get an Aimpoint or Eotech for it (havn't narrowed it down), is it a better idea to get rid of the front sight post and get a gas block with picatinny rail?
