What I am trying to figure out is, what does a FFL fealer pay for a BM rifle before they mark it up and sell it to you and me?

If they buy a BM from their distributor, they'll probably get it for 15-20% less than retail. That's because BM (like nearly any manufacturer) prefers that the majority of their guns are sold via their distributer network and not directly. It costs BM more to deal with individual direct orders than they lose by selling in bulk at a discount to distributers. The problem is that distributers usually only buy a few different configurations, so if none of those are the one you want, you have to either special-order (and probably pay full retail), or buy just a lower from your FFL and buy the upper directly. -Troy |

My uncles works at a gun shop and I just bought a BM A3 carbine for $740. Where BM list it for $1085. So thats what, like 32%. Damn I am lucky, On the other hand I have found this rifle for around $850 in numeriuos places on the internet. Go to realgoldsports.com. They advertise as a wholesale and you must be a member to order or add 8%. And if I remember right they have the gun for $760.
