Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Help using armalite carry handle sights

So i have an armalite m15-a4 upper with the detachable carry handle...

Unfortunately, i have no clue how to figure out the elevation settings...

it just says like 3/6, then u turn it a bit and u see the number 5, and so on..

Can anyone provide some advice on sighting in this piece of turd...
