I'd take that list with (more than) a grain of salt.

They've got Hong Kong listed on there.  How many M4/16's do you think the ChiComs are ordering from Colt?  Or FN for that matter.

I'd bet that if anybody, from anywhere orders [b]ONE[/b] rifle or carbine from a government outside the U.S, that country gets on the list.

It would be good to know how many countries issue M4/16's to the everyday grunt.  Prolly not more than a handful.

They may have in the past. I've seen photos of their police with them. I'll see if I can find a picture.

Canada, The Netherlands and Denmark all use the C7 / C8 series as regular issue.

Not on any list so far, the "VFB" or Federation side of the Bosnian army use the M-16 (A1 I believe).

I have to agree with Vulcan.  That list is BS.  It is probably safe to assume that those commies in N Korea probably use the Kalashnikov family of arms.
