Then it's all over but the shouting. I'm actually surprised at all the people around here that live in shitty neighborhoods and decide to stay there. Heck I live in the LA area and with the exception of certain areas we don't have near the problems that all the folks seem to have other places. |

Either the G3 or (as VA-gunnut said...) the RPK. If they're in a car, I'd want something a little bigger than a 5.56 to punch through doors and windows with enough 'oomph' left to do some damage to the occupants.

What, no one will grab thier AR15? I have a bushy already for that situation. I also have two mags w/ green tip ammo already to shoot through those car doors. If I had time to plan for the attack, then it is my one of my sprigfields, Either the M1A bush gun or the SAR 48. I just love that .308. I always piss off the range master at work when I take it to practice at the range.

Loads that have shown acceptable performance against auto glass and auto body panels are: Federal .223 55Gn Trophy bonded bear claw
150 - 165Gn Polymer tipped .308 loads Lapua Mega Spire point 123Gn 7.62x39mm Remington 110Gn JSP .30 Carbine Rottweil 12Gauge 2 3/4" Brennekke slugs Buckshot and most .223 rifle bullets offer very poor performance against a vehicle mounted threat. |

My 590 loaded with 3" magnums slug,buck,slug,buck etc no engine block in any car or suv will stop that and I have copper plated sabots,from my second floor so we are talkin 20 feet and where they are shooting random ive got a little time to aim!!after I empty the shotgun and maybe my para .45 ive saved the courts and taxpayers alot of money.

One m16 or ar15 with m203, one with a masterkey shotgun. Two berretta m9 or 92fs sidearms, tons of mags, pouches, leg holsters, frags, ammo, body armor, and night vision.

I would hope that I had at least one twenty round mag filled with steel core .308 to shoot out of my Springfield M1A. Since I do not need to hump ammo and other gear, I would pick up that rifle and send the devil a few more souls to make big rocks into little rocks.

For those of you who have never lived in So central or East Los Angeles, most bangers are cowards and by the time you heard it they would be gone at 80mph, I would call 911 first and give them discription then call my real estate agent and get my family out. If I had to fight I would choose the weapon I am most accurate with to reduce the chance of hitting anyone else, remember more people are killed in the world with 22lr than any other round, if you can hit your target (in this case it would be a head shot) any round would do damage, I know this is hypothetical and it is a good idea to think wwyd but, how about something a little more realistic?

Hmm.. I would have to chose my good old ar-15 with some ss109s.
However. what is the law on this.. If you did stop the bangers by wounding our killing one, would you be treated with respect or the butt of a rifle by the fbi? I have also always wondered about this question. If you were pumping gas at a gas station and it started to be robbed.. could u pull out your weapon and defend the store? |

Probably just my RRA M4 and Glock 22, since the Chief took the M14. Not sure which ammo, probably use M193 or M855 to take out the engine, and then move to the Black Hill 60 gr Soft Point loaded in my H&K SA80 Mags and Hornady 60 Gr TAP. [:D]
M193 does a good in taking out engines. Shot up one of my brother's spare 390 Ford Cast Iron blocks with it and M855. The M855 only had slightly more penetration. |
