Why wont RRA use 4150 if it is better? wont wilson make it for them?

I suspect the expense, as minute as it may be, it is not at all necessary for a civilian, non-military/law enforcement and ultimately semiautomatic weapon.  Of course, many of the enthusiasts on this board may disagree with the "necessity" part.  I suspect if they came out with a tactical bottle opener for their RAS, there would be a wait involved within a matter of months, hehe.  One of the many examples of why most "mititary spec" rifles out there aren't.  Not talking smack though, I love my RRA, and don't own a Bushy or Colt.  Of course, I just caught the fever not to long ago;-)  I guess it is kind of like the crome barrel issue, it's not REALLY necessary if your not camped out in the mud with the rock and roll switched on, and little time to clean your rifle.  Just my .02

I have no idea why RRA doesn't offer it. I don't really see a problem with the chrome moly from my reading on the subject. I did get a chrome bore though.
