Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Who sells the best AR Gunsmith Bench??

Im looking to purchase a bench for AR assembly and was wondering who offers the highest quality bench to meet that application. I would prefer metal with a formica top that will accept a vice and be heavy enough not to collapse or fall over when torquing an AR barrel.

well, you start with 4" square tube, and a welder.
Yeah, that should about do it.
