you can buy a lower for $110 and a J&T parts kit for $450. After you invest 3 hours of sweat equity (provided you have a few simple tools and download the instructions from the AR board) Volia'! Unless it is a preban or is loaded with extras Colt, DPMS, Bushy any of them I would not pay more then $600 tops. And that is a stretch.
