I assume ill be able to thread my post ban barrel for a flash hider,am i correct??

Assuming that the entire ban, including the rules of flash hiders was gone, and there was no further laws in your state, then yes, you should be able to.

The current AW ban is guaranteed to die next yr., 13 Sept. '04. Now assuming A) it is not replaced by a similar bill, & B) your state of residence does not currently have or plan to enact a law of similar unconstitutionality, then yes, you may add on some evil goodies. Just be sure to ask "(Soccer) motherf_ _ _er may I?" before you do.

I would assume anything made before a "NEW"(which ain't gonna happen) assault ban would effectively become a pre ban.

I'm threading one of my rifles for a flash hider as soon as I can figger out who can do it locally.

Assuming another ban does not take its place, and you have no state laws prohibiting it, then yes.
