Most of their carbines are 5.56, and their 20ers and stainless bbls are 223 Wylde, a match chambering that will handle 223 and 5.56.

yeah it's a lot to read......unfortunately it won't answer napalm question, he wants to know if RRA  are 5.56 or .223 chambered.

on their web site it says .223/5.56 NATO CHAMBER.

for their CMP rifles  it says, .223 wylde chamber

Do I understand correctly that the .223 Wylde chamber will handle BOTH .223 commercial ammo AND 5.56 military?

a 5.56 chamber will also cahmber both rounds, since the chamber is a bit looser. a .223 chamber is a tighter chamber and although will chamber a 5.56, it's said not to be a good idea.
