Not really! I just stopped in to get one of those Dieter slings. I have to put that thing through it's paces now. I had the plate, just finishing the set up. So far, I like it alot. If you had the HK hooks and a regular sling, you could do a poor mans version. Other than the covered bungee section, it's pretty simple.

But, you go in these places and it's hard to leave without wanting to take everything with you. After you go broke!
