Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Considering Buying Colt Green Label Ar-15 carbine

I want a pre-ban colt green label with all of the goodies: tele-stock, flash suppressor, and bayonet lug.  I'm going to a big gun show in new orleans on the 26-27.  I want some words of wisdom some i don't get ripped off.  I was also wondering what a good price for one is.

If I could do it all over again, I would not buy a large hole unless it was in origional condition.

You have some time to do your homework - go here to the Equipment Exchange - then work Gunsamerica.com, Sturmgewehr.com and gunbroker.com - you'll see what people are 'asking' for their AR's.
