I would like to see some of the different Aimpoint mounts and positions you have them at on your rifles.  I am especially interested in the one mount, I forget what it is called, that is placed on the front side of an A3 upper and holds the Aimpoint sight over the handguard and up a little bit.  Thanks for the pics.

I think that you are refering to the ARMS 22M68 mount with the cantilever spacer....

Sorry, I don't have that mount..

Yeah I think that is the right name for it.  I saw a pic on here once of one installed on a gun and was just trying to see if I could get it posted again because I'm looking into getting one for my RRA M4.  Oh yeah, Spartan, you have one nice looking rifle. [bounce]

Oh yeah, just out of curiosity, what type of Aimpoint scope do you have on your gun?  Thnx.

How bad does the front sight interfer with the aimpoint? I am also curious about how easy is it to use your Iron sights?

The front sight doesnt interfer with my ML2 at all.  I focus on the dot.  With the ARMS40 back up irons, it cowitnesses in the bottom 1/3 of the Aimpoints field of view.  Ive never found the front sight of any gun to be distracting [;)]

Lumpy, is your ML2 have any magnification at all.  By that I mean is it the 2x version of the ML2?  Thnx.

Hey max power, I know this is a little off subject, but is that one of those don't tread on me flags (the one with just the red and white stripes and the snake uncoiled) behind your AR-15? I have been looking forever for one of those flags. The only one I can find is the orange one with the coiled snake on it.

Yup, it's the first Navy jack.  I found it online.  Just do a google search for historic flags.

Nope, just the standard ML2 (non-magnified, non-nightvision adaptable).  The magnified versions suck, it truly is like looking thru a toilet paper tube, and for me robs it of the ability to do both eyes open shooting (which is WAY better for punching things other than bullseyes).  When it comes to magnification, my choice would be the Trijicon ACOGs with BAC, which if all goes well, I'll have one of shortly.
