A friend gave me a few Bullz-I targets to try.  Hitting the bull on the 1-1/2" target results in a small explosion, and some white smoke.  Sort of a mini-Tannerite deal, but no mixing is required.

We tried them on a private range and were quite pleased with the results.  Sound level is similar to that of a .410-20 ga. shotgun, and the smoke cloud is about 5 foot by 10 foot, so it makes a nice indicator at any practcal range.  And yes, we admit to enjoying things that go BOOM.

Anyone else here tried these?  Any legal "implications" (assuming common sense and safety are used)?
