I would say no just because it is marked sporter and has larger than spec fire control parts. the prebans have a flash supressor,pistol grip and detachable magazine if you have a telestock on it thats a fourth feature and the post ban is limited to 2 so I would say a pre ban sporter meets the AWB criteria.Some areas consider it an assault weapon just on the "if it will accept a high cap mag"feature I gues it depends on where you live nationaly if its post ban its not one again depending on where you live,here in massachusetts its a High capacity weapon weather its pre or post weather its colt,bushmaster,armalite olympic it dosent matter.if it can accept a detachable high cap mag its a "highcapacity weapon"
