can i use a beta- c mag ( 100 rounder ) in my new RRA ar15 ? or does it have to be a PRE-BAN GUN ? THANKS. MARTY

As long as the beta-c was manufactured prior the the ban, you can use it in any AR.

The mag has to be pre-ban, the gun does not

No, if you have a preban mag, you can use it in any AR, including a postban
