I am looking for one of those pre ban flash hiders that makes a 16 inch barrel look like an 11.5 with an extended supressor.  I have found the ones that fit lightweight barrels, but mine is a heavy barrel.  Any suggestions?

I've used both, the [url=tp-commerce.techpro.com/pantherarms/shopexd.asp?id=610]DPMS[/url], and the [url=bushmaster.com/shopping/brakes/mmt-0019.asp]Bushmaster[/url] units. They are both the same length, weight, and have the same slip-over length. The DPMS comes as a one-size-fits-all, has standard flash slots, and is straight for the full length, with some wrench flats. The Bushmaster comes in either standard or HBAR sizes, has longer flash slots, and has a turned down area at the back with wrench flats.

Those things are LOUD as HELL.
